Separate submission of the restricted part of the DMF
In cases where only the open part of the DMF is provided in an application for registration, and the DMF holder / API manufacturer wishes to submit the restricted part of their drug master file (DMF) directly to the Medicines Control Authority of Zimbabwe, submissions can be sent to the following email adminevr@mcaz.co.zw.
Applicant Advisory Meetings
The Medicines Control Authority of Zimbabwe values all its stakeholders and clients. We believe that constant engagement with our stakeholders allows us to fulfill our mandate to protect public health in Zimbabwe. Clients seeking a face-to-face or an online meeting with officers from the Evaluations & Registration (EVR) Division may only do so on the basis of an appointment.
Meetings with the EVR division staff can only be scheduled on two days of the week:
- Tuesdays: 8 am – 4:30 pm
- Fridays: 2 pm – 4:30 pm
To book an appointment, a client is required to fill out a meeting request form which can be sent to the following email adminEVR@mcaz.co.zw. The client will then be contacted by the division to confirm the approved meeting date and time.
